Welcome to your client gallery from JTC Photography ("Photographer," "We," or "Us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this online photo gallery. By accessing this gallery, you ("You" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Gallery

This gallery is provided for the private, personal viewing of the clients of JTC Photography and their invited guests. All content within this gallery is the exclusive property of JTC Photography.

2. Copyright and Image Protection

All images and content within this gallery are the copyrighted work of JTC Photography under United States Federal Copyright Law (USC Title 17). It is illegal to copy, scan, screenshot, or reproduce these images in any manner without a valid, purchased digital image license from JTC Photography.

3. Prohibited Actions

Users are strictly prohibited from:

•Taking screenshots of any images.

•Right-clicking to save or download any images.

•Altering or editing any images, including applying social media filters.

•Using any images for commercial purposes, contests, or resale.

Violation of these terms is a breach of copyright law and may result in legal action.

4. Digital Downloads

If you purchase and download digital images from this gallery, your use of those images is governed by the JTC Photography Digital Image License Agreement. All sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable.
